He has over 17 years of payroll experience working with companies of all sizes. Payroll consulting, coaching business owners on how to outsource Non-Revenue Generating tasks and helping to streamline important business processes is a vision Sanders continues to follow throughout his career. He was born and raised in New Orleans and currently resides in Metairie with his wife Kristin Landry Offner and their three daughters Emma, Ali, and Molly. Sanders graduated from Jesuit High School and LSU.

Justin has been in the payroll industry for 10 years. He’s a lifelong New Orleans native and graduated from Brother Martin High School and LSU with a degree in Psychology. He resides in Metairie with his wife Joy Scheyd Farrae and children Connor, Caleb, Quinn, and Keely.

She has over 17 years of payroll experience and specializes in new client on-boarding and training. She understands how overwhelming the task of payroll and all of its nuances can be for a new business owner. Rema was born and raised in nearby Mobile, AL, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She moved to the New Orleans area in 2001 and now resides in Gretna with her husband and their three dogs Luna, Riley and Lulu.

Christi has 15 years in the service industry with 8 of those specific to payroll. She was born and raised in Marrero and graduated from Cameron University in Oklahoma with a Business Administration Degree. She currently lives in Kentwood with her husband, Brett and their three kids. Christi loves camping with her extended family, watching LSU, and traveling with her daughter’s softball team.

She is devoted to providing the ultimate client experience.  Holley was born in Georgia but has spent most of her life in the New Orleans/Baton Rouge area and is a huge LSU Tiger fan. Holley has been married for 26 years and has 3 grown children. Holley enjoys reading, working out, and spending time goading her children for grandchildren!

Originally from Texas, she moved to the New Orleans area after completing her MBA to begin building her career and broadening her knowledge base. She has since married, gained two stepdaughters, and one son. Casey’s favorite hobbies include reading, boating, fishing, and eating as much Tex-Mex as possible.

She has over 23 years of service industry experience with 15 years in payroll. She graduated with a degree in General Business Administration from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. Jennifer was raised in Franklinton. She currently resides in Luling with her husband Bryan France.

She has spent the last 23 years providing payroll services and is excited about sharing her knowledge and experience with the team here at Crescent. Beth was born and raised in New Orleans. She grew up in Mid City and now resides in Lakeview. Beth graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She attended the University of New Orleans where she studied Business Administration. Beth also loves to travel abroad during her time off and looks forward to her next adventure.

Raised in Central Louisiana, Valerie is a graduate of Tioga High School, and the University of Louisiana Monroe in English Literature. She has spent the past 14 years in the automotive accounting industry where she has gained knowledge in various departments, but her passion is in Payroll and Human Resources. She is excited to continue on with her passion in the payroll industry. She currently resides in Luling with her husband, Christopher, and two little boys, Christian and Grayson. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and all LSU sports!

A Pennsylvania native, Jennifer spent 14 years in customer service and retail management with Walgreen’s. Pursuing her career, she relocated to Louisiana and lives in Metairie with fiancé, Bill, and their dog Gumbo. She enjoys reading, fishing, hunting, and backyard grilling with family and friends. Clients can count on Jennifer to provide the high level of customer service they deserve.

She is thrilled to join the established team at Crescent and is excited for the opportunity to provide clients with outstanding customer service. Aramis was born in New Orleans and raised in Kenner where she graduated from Grace King High School. She currently resides in Metairie with her husband Daniel Gaudet, their son Dominic and their 2 fur babies Isabelle and Leo. She enjoys reading, catching up on the latest shows on Netflix and travelling annually to Disney World.

She is a natural born New Orleanian who enjoys her city for everything it has to offer, especially it’s amazing food! Lonnie is a mom to a dog named Molly and a cat named Stormi. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, home renovations, and decorating. She is also passionate about real estate and has been flipping houses for the past 10 years, which has provided her with superior attention to detail that clients always appreciate. Lonnie is committed to providing unparalleled customer service and is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences.

She is a Texas native who moved to Louisiana 16 years ago. Amber is a die-hard Saints fan and enjoys traveling with her family. She currently resides in Laplace with her husband Billy, daughter Kayleigh and their dog Evie. Amber is excited to be a part of the Crescent team and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.

She is excited to share her passion and enthusiasm with our team. Cheyanne is a New Orleans native and currently resides in Harvey with her three fur babies. She is a graduate of The Academy of Our Lady of Holy Cross and is currently attending Delgado. She enjoys outdoor sports and activities and spent many years coaching young women to reach their potential in gymnastics.

She is excited to bring 4 years of sales experience with her to Crescent. Kayla resides in her hometown of Luling with her fiancé Aaron. She enjoys being a dog mom of three, even though she is allergic to them, and being that one person that brings their dogs everywhere. When Kayla isn’t with her family or dogs, you can normally find her in TJ-Maxx as she is a self-proclaimed professional shopper. However, don’t let her dog allergies and shopping skills fool you. She loves experiencing the outdoors and being competitive at any sport thrown her way.

He is successful at identifying client needs and providing creative solutions with a positive, customized client experience. A native of LaPlace, Ryan currently resides in Metairie with his spouse, Raquel, and their two beautiful children, Lily and Bennett. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys running, cycling, and playing golf, but most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his children. He helps coach his son’s baseball team, cheers his daughter on at dance competitions, and volunteers with the Men’s Club at his children’s school.

Specializing in the legal tech sector, working for startups that were listed among Forbes’ Fastest Growing Companies. Philip has managed human capital operations in almost all 50 states and in parts of Europe. His experience ranges from compliance to leadership coaching. After achieving his MBA from Tulane University in 2019, Philip transitioned from in-house Director roles to consulting, where he focuses on helping managers understand, document, and augment productivity and visibility through Performance Management, MVV integration, and Professional Development. Compliance remains a cornerstone of his strategic assistance to companies that want to scale carefully and smartly.

After graduating from Rummel, Ryan attended Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Education. Ryan currently lives in Metairie with his wife Katie and their 3 fur babies. When not at work Ryan enjoys building computers and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
